The Gourmet Cheesecake Shop first opened its doors in Brown Deer, Wisconsin in 1983 and was promptly chosen "Best New Cheesecake Shop" by Milwaukee Magazine.
We moved to centrally-located Downtown West Allis in the mid-1990s. In 1998, under new ownership, we expanded our product line to include other bakery favorites; delicious pecan and turtle bars, brownies, cookies, butter cakes and more! We officially became The Gourmet Cheesecake Shop and More!
We continue to bake our fine cheesecakes daily, from scratch, in small batches to ensure quality. We insist on using only the finest, freshest ingredients including fresh eggs and cream cheese from Wisconsin.
